Abstract:

The National Women's Education Fund was founded in 1972 to increase the number and influence of women in public life, through educational programs and an information service. The collections contains records from 1972-1987, with a bulk focusing on 1974-1984. Included among the records are meeting minutes, administrative files, materials related to specific programs, policy issues, and election data.

Abstract:

Founded in 1857 by a group of interested students, the Natural History Society of Rutgers College enjoyed a short but active life under the direction of Professor George Cook. The records include founding documents such as the society's constitution, minutes, catalogs of donations to the society, bulletins , correspondence from honorary and corresponding members, financial records, and newspaper and other accounts of the society's activities.

Photographic prints and negatives depicting Manville, Somerset County, New Jersey, including buildings, people and events, with special emphasis on the Johns-Manville Corporation. Most of the images were exposed by Ranauro, but some are copies of earlier photographs taken by others. A few views of Somerville, Somerset County, are also included.

Abstract:

The New Brunswick Music Scene Archive documents the rock music scene in New Brunswick, New Jersey from 1981 to present. The collection is comprised of flyers, set lists, publications, press clippings, ephemera and sound recordings relating to shows and bands who were based in New Brunswick. The collection also contains information about the founding of the archive in 2015 and includes press clippings and flyers from events.

The New Brunswick File is a classed arrangement of newspaper clippings, pamphlets, photographs, manuscripts, etc., relating to numerous aspects of New Brunswick history. The file was begun about 1935 and is no longer augmented. There are roughly 225 classifications, totaling some 7,500 items.
