Contains communications regarding a field trip to Ghana, Africa organized by Professor Willie Smith of Livingston College, in cooperation with the American Forum for International study. There were several issues that arose regarding non-payment of funds to the Forum Summer Program by Smith's group. No conclusion is evident in the files with regard to this matter.

Includes an invitation to Rutgers University Black Studies program to be a part of the center for African and African American studies at Atlanta University.
