Lubell 454
One inch cut butcher block. Title is a paper label on lower side edge of block. Two figures back to back. One, a nude female with large wings standing on a ram, holds an owl in one hand and [an olive branch?] in the other. The other a [female?] wearing [Sumerian] tiered robes, stands on a female lion/leopard and holds an urn in her hand. Colors: brown, black and residual white.

Cut plywood block. Title on right side. Male and female [Egyptian?] figures kneeling and picking flowers among plants at water’s edge. Each holds plucked flowers. Colors: greens and blues with red and yellow ochre. Masking tape was removed from the front of the block, using Un-Du Framing Adhesive Remover.
