Scope and Contents: Ross 192 Woodblock made of 5 boards [glued] together. Carved on both sides, with black on both sides and a red wash on the uncarved portion of one side. One side is the head of a heavily bearded man, possibly Walt Whitman. The other side is a city street scene, with the signs of local shops, several men in the foreground and others looking from a window or standing on a balcony. Title is written on one long side. Scope and Contents: Ross 193 Woodblock of plywood with carved burlap-backed [linoleum?] attached with [glue] and nails on both sides. One side, green and black, has the carved image of a suspension bridge over a river, with a city in the background. Boats are on the river, and oak leaves are in the lower right corner. This appears to be the block for the print titled George Washington Bridge printed in 1958 (a photocopy of the print image from the Old Print Shop...
