Woodblock made of 5 boards [glued] together. Carved on both sides, with black on both sides and a red wash on the uncarved portion of one side. One side is the head of a heavily bearded man, possibly Walt Whitman. The other side is a city street scene, with the signs of local shops, several men in the foreground and others looking from a window or standing on a balcony. Title is written on one long side. Both sides have holes drilled in the upper right corner.
