The Provost's Cabinet was established under Provost Mason W. Gross and continued under Richard Schlatter's tenure until its discontinuance in 1972. The records in this collection consist mainly of meeting minutes and reports. The collection contains minutes from Meeting No. 1 on July 8, 1953 through Meeting No. 155 on June 14, 1971. It also includes correspondence and material from the Provost's Cabinet Committee on University Governance.
The Rutgers Student Activism collection highlights the history of student activism on the New Brunswick, Newark and Camden campuses. This collection consists of flyers, news clippings, photographs, pamphlets, and letters dating from 1922-1989.
The Sacks-Lediger family correspondence is a collection of over 600 letters and V-mails, mostly handwritten, the bulk of which spans the years 1942-1945. The collection also includes a newspaper clipping from 1932, a letter from a family member from 1951 and a 1996 obituary.
The collection includes sound and video recordings, music, datebooks, correspondence, and realia documenting the professional life of jazz pianist and educator Sal Mosca.
This collection contains music manuscripts in the form of big band parts and full scores for the Sal Salvador Orchestra, which was led by guitarist, composer, arranger, and teacher Sal Salvador. Several of Salvador's colleagues from ensembles led by Stan Kenton arranged pieces in this collection.
This collection contains seventy-four lead sheets and music manuscripts.
