Abstract:
A committee on Buildings and Grounds was established by the Board of Governors on October 17, 1956. The committee was charged with advising the Chairman of the Board of Governors and Board of Trustees, as well as the President of the Corporation and University, with "respect to the buildings, grounds and equipment occupied by or utilized by the University." The committee was also expected to make recommendations as to the "acquisition of additional real estate and the erection of buildings."...

Abstract:
The Board of Governors Educational Planning and Policy Committee was established in 1950 and was charged with examining Rutgers' "educational effectiveness." The papers in this collection comprise meeting minutes and agendas, and reports and studies on such subjects as program proposals and changes; diversity amongst students and staff; promotions, tenures, and retirements; and other matters.
