Minutes of the March 7, 1960 Provost's Cabinet Meeting and a copy of the Proposed Policy for Academic Tenure are also included. File contains a sheet directing users to also consult the Promotional Procedures file.

Contains materials regarding the proposed reorganization of Rutgers' administrative structure. Includes a copy of the April 1956 Rutgers University Faculty News-Letter which reproduces Mason W. Gross' original proposal (at the time he was the University Provost). Also included in the file is a draft proposal which is described as a simplified version of the original. Included with this is the working copy with handwritten revisions.
