Folder contents include numerous reports and statistical data, memoranda, proposals, responses, evaluations, and correspondence between the Dean's office and the EOF office in Trenton. Topics within are concerned with staffing issues, job descriptions, admissions/recruitment issues, and especially the need for more and better statistical data.

Documents reveal that Dean Cobb expressed interest in EOF in general, and was particularly concerned with promoting more EOF programs at DC.
