Folder contents include the usual array of department/Dean's office communications dealing with budget allocations and tenure issues, concerns about teaching loads, salaries and assignment of faculty lines, course offerings, and new course proposals. The folder also contains some faculty evaluations by the department head, as well as a series of letters to Bloustein from DC Dept Chairs over what they perceived as unfairness regarding budgetary allocations. A 1974 document relates department response to the Master Plan and ERA.
