A notable alumnus of Rutgers. Died February 19, 1937, plans for holding a special memorial service are discussed. Service is to be held on November 21, 1937. Mock-ups of program are based on one done for a service for Mabel Smith Douglass, held on October 29, 1933. Program for service has wrong date of birth on it for Mr. Neilson. Commemorative booklet containing text of speeches given at memorial service is planned in 1938. Includes photos of Mr. Neilson.
