Various letters and newspaper clippings from 1936-1937 detailing car minding rackets. A form of extortion perpetuated by young men who offered to watch a person's car (for a fee) while attending an event on campus. University officials try to resolve situation by calling on town officials to enact an ordinance to ban car minding, but are initially unsuccessful.
