Contains correspondence and memoranda related to university health services. Also contains two reports: the status report on the Rutgers Educational Actions Program (REAP) Project (a program to help children who were educationally disadvantaged) and the Upward Bound Project(program to help economically disadvantaged high school students), both from the summer of 1966.
