Contains a proposal by Donald J. Lewis, Chairman of the Department of Psychology, for the development of a psychology program at Rutgers University and a report on the Research and Graduate Programs in Psychology at Rutgers, written by Robert R. Bush of the University of Pennsylvania. Also included is the correspondence of Lewis regarding the appointment of Professor Seymour Rosenberg and correspondence regarding the construction of a new psychology building.
