Scope and Contents
Had a happy vacation; four days in Trenton, visited the new state house and state prison. Uncle Robert's paper [the Trenton Journal] is published four times a week. Next spent a week in New York, the rest in Perth Amboy. Dr. Beck has returned from his winter course of lectures in Albany, now studying chemistry with him.
