Includes a list of contributors, forms with biographies and correspondence. This group of forms is interesting for the editors' notes recorded on the forms, which indicate something of the tracking and decisions involved in publishing the issue.

Includes letter to contributors from Jean Casella, as well as a tracking list of contributors. Forms include Artist biographies and resumes. Permissions correspondence with MoMA.

This issue was never published. Includes blank permission forms (generic and issue-specific), a letter to contributors, explaining the unlikelihood of publication and advising to submit elsewhere. Also an earlier letter to contributors advising that pub delayed until 1995. Revised manuscript from Sara Nuss-Galles, providing changes and rationale.
