Summary: This series consists of seven subseries.

Annual Reports (1867-1880) comprised of three folders. It gives the names and ages of the children attending the school and their parents or guardian.

Appropriations (1867-1876) comprised of two folders. These contain the amount o f money being issued to the school from the Office of Public Instruction. Several of these have attachments with notes from Samuel Lockwood County Superintendent.

Bills (1869-1873) comprised of one folder. It is not clear what these pertain to.

Numbered Receipts ( 1862-1865) comprised of one folder of numbered receipts from 1-14. The majority of these are for coal.

Letters Received (1867-1868, 1877) comprised of one folder. It includes letters from Sameul Lockwood the County Superintendent.

Receipts (1871-1877, 1878-1882, and undated) comprised of two folders. They are mostly for building materials and teachers salary.

Subscription List (1868) comprised of one folder. Contains a subscription list for repairs for the school. It includes person's name and amount pledged.
