Summary: These are made up of a contract, indenture and bond. The contract is for December 16, 1845 between Joseph Thompson (his brother) and Denise Thompson concerning the rent of the homestead farm. It sets the conditions. The indenture is dated March 22, 1848. It concerns the pew number 32 in the second Reformed Protestant Church. It states that the pew will go to Denise's heirs. There is also a bond from Thomas and Robert Abbot to Denise Thompson for $1,638.40 dated March 20, 1862 with an article of agreement setting the conditions.
