Cut plywood block with uncarved strips on top and right side, with top edge pencil notation identifying wood as birch. Title written on upper left of strip. On side “Anodos.” Large central head of a woman, with hair dressed in style of ancient Greece. Two men appear to be striking her head with large mallets.
