Woodblock prints of an elaborate, non-figural depiction of [seaweed]. The prints, which appear to be from the same block, are in three color ways. Prints 397a-b use a blue-green-yellow color combination. Prints 397 c-d use a dark red and print 397e is black with a beautiful turquoise-purple-green wash. Print 397a is identified as #1 and signed W. Lubell ’07. Print 397c is titled Water Weed and signed W. Lubell ’07. Print 397e is titled Beach Lace #2 (see print Lubell 80 Beach Lace #1) and signed Winifred Lubell. Print 397b is identified as a proof.
