Printed woodcut print, with embossed plate mark and hand-applied gouache, of stems with seed pods. Plants are printed in black and the background has a painted wash within the plate mark lines. “WL” penciled on verso. Image is the same as prints Lubell 388a-c and the printing, with gouache for color are the same as Lubell 118, which is entitled Beech Drops. See woodblock, [Beech Drops] (Lubell 410, Box 18).
