Lubell 9/16: 374a-d

Woodcut prints of three women lying down, with the moon partially visible from behind two walls or structures. The prints are untitled, but in a folder entitled Oracle of the Dream. Prints 374a-c differ in tone and color: one is predominately black, one much paler but with light colors, one is entirely black. Print 374d is signed WML and identified as a proof with the title Malta. Other treatments of the oracle dreamers include the larger, colored white line woodcut prints, Lubell 108 and Lubell 289, and a gouache, Lubell 306.
