Lubell 7/7: 195
A black and white woodcut print of a masked woman carrying a purse, standing by a garbage can. A cat is by the can and the window of a nearby window shows a couple embracing. This was in a folder with a sheet labelled: "(3) For Spain '36, for a portfolio of drawings and prints to Spanish Civil War relief exhibition." The untitled woodblock, carved on one side with the image from Lubell 195 and on the other, with that of Lubell 196, is Lubell 519 (Box 43).
