Colored white line woodcut print of the Greek goddess, likely lamenting the loss of her daughter Persephone. A second woman is reaching out to her, while two in the background move with white palm fronds. Like other white line woodcuts, the colors are striking: a red sun and dark blue sky make a striking background image, contrasting further with purple, green, and light blue clothing, red fruits, and brown skin.
