Discussion of arrangement of carriages from the barn to Albany conserving passengers for the Chancellor, contracts, jurisdiction of each coachman to be under the Commodore, complaints of passengers over present rudeness &c. On Monday the William Penn is to be sold and if. Mr. Brown buys her he has agreed to charter her to us at a moderate rate for the season. Shall inform you on Tuesday.
