Scope and Contents

Whole cargo of coal which Capt. Kemp received has been sold. Criticism of statements made in favor of 8th and in Townsend's letter to Capt. Center relative to discipline and rules adopted. Carson & Burbeck have done wonders in putting in new iron shaft in short time.
