Report of the giving away of new shaft of Richmond opposite Phillipsburgh and arrangement made to have enterprise meet Fire Fly and tow Richmond down. Shall endeavor to have her ready by Monday. Note: Written in another hand, at bottom of letter: "J.P. Wetzelly (?) & Co. New York. No.25 South Street, N. York."
