Scope and Contents

The Bill passed the Senate of Connecticut eight to four and there is no doubt it will become a law, thus the boats are excluded from that state. The people of that state will complain against the law. In the interim the boats will run to Rhode Island. Colden is at New Haven but means to go to Rhode Island. Richmond to be taken off the line on Monday week to be put in order. The Commodore needs floor cloth for forward cabins and permission to secure them is requested.
