Refers to new arrangement of the Line which has been sent up by the boat, with request that it be published and hand bills circulated. The coal from the Braganza from which you were to be supplied turned out so much dust and was sold to the blacksmith The Legislature, that is the lower House of Connecticut, have passed the bill against our East River friends and now their only hope is in the Senate. Governor Wolcott is against the bill and in favor of the established rights.
