Arrangement: Arranged chronologically.
Summary: Meeting minutes, agendas, notes and reports related to the meeting. Minutes record important decisions, discussions of finances and selection of scholarship applicants. The primary focus of each meeting was to discuss any decisions that needed to be made for the fund, presentation of the treasurer reports followed by a discussion of finances, and discussion of the selection of scholarship applicants amongst the trustees.

Files regarding the trustees' personal or identifiable information are restricted from public use until 2043. Restricted files are located in Box 2.
