Arrangement: Arranged chronologically.
Summary: The annual reports are a yearly review of the fund's activities. Included in the reports are, the amount of money given to students each year, changes in the Hall Fund's assets any changes in administration, any financial changes or changes to the guidelines within the corporation and any decisions made by the trustees.

Conditions Governing Access
All files regarding student information are confidential and restricted from public use until legally applicable, 75 years from the date they were submitted. Files regarding the trustees' personal or identifiable information are restricted from public use until 2043. Restricted files are located in Box 2.
