Name records are shared across all libraries and repositories at Rutgers, and staff choose them from controlled lists, including the Library of Congress.

This collection represents a sample of Bob Inman's scrapbooks, which were featured in the book Swing Era Scrapbook: The Teenage Diaries and Radio Logs of Bob Inman, 1936-1938, published by the Institute of Jazz Studies and Scarecrow Press in 2006. The collection contains press photographs of big band leaders, singers, and orchestras from the 1930s.
