Scope and content
Dr. Saloman Silvera, Professor Emeritus, CMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School, Department of Radiology, sketched a series of pen and ink portraits between 1969 and 1980 of faculty members and Board of Trustees. There are a total of 102 portraits, including duplicates. The faculty portraits are from the Seton Hall College of Medicine and Dentistry 1956-1965, the New Jersey College of Medicine and Dentistry 1965-1970, and the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey 1970-1979. They are arranged in alphabetical order and include the individual's school, department, academic title, and date of creation. The Board of Trustees were sketched by Dr. Silvera between 1975 and 1980. The portraits are of members of the Board of CMDNJ in office from 1970-1980. They are arranged in alphabetical order and include the date of creation.
