Scope and Contents
This series documents the Medical Alliance annual meetings, as well as the planning of, and follow-upto, the meetings (also referred to within the collection as "conventions"). The series includes minutes, official programs, speeches, annual county and committee reports, expense reports, correspondence, financial reports, auditors reports, citations of merit, attendance lists, invitations, annual programs [yearbooks], election tally sheets, photographs, delegate & alternate lists, resolutions, by-laws revision documentation, and meeting procedures. Some meetings (especially those held prior to 1959) are sparsely documented; later files generally contain more comprehensive records. Annual Meeting materials are also located in the PRESIDENTIAL PAPERS and EXECUTIVE BOARD series.
