Scope and Contents
Constitutions & By-Laws outline organizational objectives, membership requirements, and policies and procedures regarding meetings, committees, elections, and delegates. This series contains both printed booklets and typewritten copies of the constitution & by-laws. Documents related to the work of the Revisions Committee, which contain memos, drafts, and the by-laws of NJMS and WAAMA, are also included.
Constitution & By-laws drafts and final copies can also be located in Series II: Executive Board (Box 2 Folder 16, 19, and 27, as well as Box 3 Folder 5), Series IV: Annual Meetings, (Box 4 Folders 7,11, 14 and 16) and Series V: Presidential Papers.
