This series contains three reports by Kessler. It consists of a typed carbon document, a typed mimeograph, and a printed report. Subjects include: a "Report of Rehabilitation Mission to thePhilippines," the "International Society for the Crippled & Disabled," and the "Report of the New Jersey Workman's Compensation Study Commission," which also contains some clippings.
