The Boston Globe magazine dated December 19, 1993. Featured article on Duke Ellington. No mention of JPJ influence, but has a quote from Dan Morgenstern. Is this item part of JPJ collection?

Article on page 8 titled Group Makes Strides for Jazz Pioneer. Article is about JPJ's grandson Barry Glover and his work for the James P. Johnson Foundation for Music and Arts.

In the April 3, 1958 issue are featured articles on W.C. Handy. No mention of JPJ in article. In the May 25, 1958 issue on page 9 in the "Music News" section is a short blurb on the Institute of Jazz Studies. No mention of JPJ. Are these items part of JPJ collection?

Obituary published on November 19, 1955. Clipping attached to what appears to be a scrapbook page. On opposite side of page is a letter dated April 27, 1945 from the Tuskegee Army Airfield inviting JPJ to perform for them. Scrapbook page does not match either of the two scrapbooks in collection.

Blurb on opening of Noble Sissle's club in Greenwich Village. Newspaper cannot be identified, but was able to discover year by a birth announcement on the back of the article. Also included in folder is an unsigned Easter greeting and a flyer for cancer symptoms.

Star Ledger clipping dated January 18, 2007 announcing Heldrich Hotel plan to name rooms after notable people from New Brunswick. Conference room named after JPJ.

Autographed photo of The Ivy Three. Autograph made out to "Steve." Online research showed that The Ivy Three recorded for Shell Records around 1959 and had one hit. Is this item part of the JPJ collection?
