Scope and Contents: The Associate Alumnae was founded by the first graduating class of NJC in 1922 and its journal, the Alumnae Bulletin, was first published in 1926. This office worked closely with the college's deans, and, among other things, provided a source of contributions for annual scholarships and, most importantly, the unrestricted Dean's Fund, used to finance special projects at the Dean's discretion.Thick file.
