Arrangement Note
The University's administrative structure is hierarchically represented by offices, units, schools, centers, and departments (including athletics and student organizations). Each administrative entity is assigned a unique number by the University Archives called a record group number (RG). The record group classification system applies to all university records creators regardless of format or genre. The Annual Reports are organized by record group (RG) and then by year. The years of the reports available are listed in italics under the name.
