Most Subject heads have sub headings and this made the collection more organized. Events has the most sub headings which are: Agricultural Field Day, Auctions, Awards, Broadcasting, Commencement, Contest, Demonstration, Display, Display Gardens, Field Day, General, Meetings, Open House, Science Field Day, Shows, Tours and Week Long Events. Agricultural Field Day was separated from regular Field Day because it was such a prominent part of the collection with years spanning from 1927 to 1986. Science Field Day was also separated from Field Day because the Field Day was more a term for General Miscellaneous Events which were labeled as some kind of Field Day. The main difference was Field Day events were mostly for the College Students and Science Field Day was a yearly event for High School Students to come to the college.
