Summary: Files pertaining to the Agreement Between Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and Rutgers Council of the American Association of University Professors Chapter, 1995-1999. The bargaining for this contract addressed the grievance procedures, teaching assistant workload, salaries and merit pay, university economics, parental leave, post-tenure review, harassment procedures, the compensation of department chairs and their location within the bargaining unit, faculty governance, parking, teaching conditions and workload, bargaining procedures, faculty leaves, and reappointment and promotion.
