These records consist primarily of correspondence concerning the physical development of the college. Also included are policy statements regarding development, proposals and plans for both general growth and specific projects and records relating to fund raising. Although many of the records concern new buildings, others refer to renovation of existing structures. As the physical growth of a college is closely related to the overall development, these records are an important part of the history of the college.
