Scope and Contents

Description: This series consists of Budget and Administrative papers, each arranged alphabetically. Budget papers in Box 22 include asking and working budgets, justifications and supporting planning, drafts, monthly reports, handwritten notes, correspondence, planning. Administrative papers in Box 23 include administrative correspondence, budget allocations, calendars, telephone message books, and other papers.

Arrangement

Arrangement: The boxes were in disarray and the original order lost, with most refoldered under new headings, and duplicates separated. Box 24, in particular, was a jumble of administrative correspondence and records, budget papers and calendars/date books. For the materials that are clearly related, series and sub series were established and arranged alphabetically within each series or subseries. There were a number of notebooks and folders with various related topics grouped together, which have been kept in their original order and identified in the folder list as Working Papers. Notes on individual folders identify where the material was filed during the original accessioning, if relevant. Box 22 consists of Budget papers, filed alphabetically and Box 23 contains other administrative records, filed alphabetically, as well as folders that contain restricted material pulled from other series. Duplicates were removed.
