IV. Relations with the National Pest Control Association

Scope and Contents

These records track the involvement of John K. Medoff within the National Pest Control Association (now called the National Pest Management Association). Medoff was one of the founding members of the organization in the 1930s and continued to serve in a variety of manners through the following decades. Many of the documents contained herein are organizational in nature, including various releases and reports created by the organization for its membership. Being an important member of the NPCA, as well as an astute businessman in his own right, Medoff retained many of these documents, dating primarily from the 1950s through the 1980s. Taken as a whole, the records track the growth of the NPCA and the pest control industry in general.
