Summary: The transcripts document the hearings of the School of Law Faculty Committee of Review regarding the suspension of Abraham Glasser, Professor of Law, in which the Committee acted in an advisory capacity concerning President Jones' questions as to whether Glasser had violated the fixed policy of the Board of Trustees' Dec. 12, 1952 resolution in his hearing before the House on Un-American Activities Committee, and if so, whether any unusual circumstances mitigated this violation.
