Johnson, John Hammond, 1939 (to Dewey Square); and photos of band members asleep in car, Apollo performances from 1938, Harold "Shorty" Baker, Ben Webster, a young Mary Lou Williams, the road in the 1930s, and Curley of the 3 Stooges.
