Abstract
The collection-level record of New Jersey Master Plans pertains to planning documents that treat individual New Jersey localities, boroughs, townships and counties. Previous to May 1999, a considerable number of identical kinds of materials were cataloged in the Library Catalog at the item-level. They have not been affected by the strategy shift to collection-level cataloging, and can be located and retrieved using an item-level catalog search. However, materials processed subsequent to May 1999 are represented exclusively by this collection-level record.
