Abstract
A ledger owned by David W. Benjamin detailing the operations of a farm in New Jersey. From the time the ledger was opened on October 18, 1818 until 1823, the accounting was done using punds, shillings, and pence, the British system of counting money. From 1823-1842, dollars and cents were used.
