Historian Files, 1929 - 2005, bulk: 1944 - 2005

The bulk of the material in this series was compiled leading up to the Centennial anniversary of NAWA. This includes files and material from the NAWA Historian, Olivia Koopalethes, as well as other NAWA members, including Aurora Diaz-Jorgensen. Furthermore, there are compiled histories from previous NAWA presidents, including Elizabeth Cady Stanton Blake and Berta Briggs.

Along with the compiled histories, this series also includes member inventories that highlight what collections artwork by NAWA members may be found in, as well articles and clippings. Of note, this series includes some photocopies of early NAWA Annual Exhibition Catalogs. These are generally incomplete and the image quality is grainy, but it includes some early catalogs that are not represented in the Publications & Mailings series, which holds the original published copies of the NAWA Annual Exhibition Catalogs.
