Scope and Contents
Summary: Documents activities of the organization from the early days during the schism to 1977, with gaps. The papers contain the minutes of the VMANJ, the first of the New Jersey organizations (1884-1900); the minutes of the VMASNJ and V (1894; and the the minutes of the NJSVS (1887-1897). Included in the papers is the integration of the first two organizations into one in 1900. Many of the minutes are originals in their original binding, and others are newsletters, which filled the gaps where the originals were lacking.
